We’ve just sent this email to all our parents:

1) Thank you to everybody who came along and supported the Fun Day on Saturday. After the first count, we had raised over £2,000 and it’s still rising!

2) It’s the group AGM on Monday 1st October at 20.40. The agenda is:

  • Receive and consider the annual report of the Group Executive Committee, including the annual statement of accounts.
  • Approve the Group Scout Leader’s nomination of Group Chairman and nominated members of the Group Executive Committee.
  • Elect a Group Secretary and Group Treasurer.
  • Elect certain members of the Group Executive Committee.
  • Appoint an auditor or independent examiner or scrutineer, as required by POR.

3) Raksha from Chil Pack and Amanda (one of our regular helpers) are fundraisimg for St Christopher’s at their midnight walk, you can sponsor them here

4) Church Parade 9.15am @ St Edmund’s Sunday 21st October – please make a note in your diary and do your utmost to attend.

5) Please don’t forget to pay subs before half term or talk to one of the leaders if you would like some support.
