We charge a termly fee to cover the costs of running the meetings, hut and contributions to the South Association nationaly.
These are currently £60/term, and are collected online through the Online Scout Manager system, are requested after the first few weeks of each term, They can be set to be paid automatically, or require your approval for each payment. The payments are covered by the Direct Debit guarantee. Alternative arrangements can be made for those not able to use the online system.
Subscription payments are eligible for Gift Aid - this allows us to claim an extra 20% for those who pay tax, and allows those who claim higher-rate tax to reclaim tax payments from HMRC.
